Therapeutic Laser

If a runner touches the laser while airborne, he gets empowered and shielded temporarily. With prestige upgrade, if ore touches the laser, it has a small chance of being transmuted into a gem. If a gem touches the laser it has a chance to transmute into a bigger gem.
